If you’re arriving during bar opening hours, just head in and a member of the team will check you in.
Arriving out of hours? Check your emails or texts for instructions on collecting your key — these are sent via our partner KeyCafe. The key box is at the rear entrance to the hotel, open 24/7 via Swan Lane car park.

From Cambridge (A1307)
At the roundabout take the first exit, then the first exit at the second roundabout. Pass Sainsbury’s on your right and go straight over the mini roundabout. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Wethersfield Road and continue through the traffic lights. At the mini roundabout take the first exit and move into the right-hand lane. Take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout, passing Tesco on your left. Take the second exit at the Tesco roundabout, then the first right over a small bridge onto Swan Lane. The car park is directly on your left.
From Bury St Edmunds (A143)
Take the second exit at the first roundabout (new builds on your left), then the first exit at the second roundabout (new builds on your right). Continue down the hill on Wratting Road to the mini roundabout, take the first exit and pass Tesco on your left. Take the second exit at the Tesco roundabout, then the first right over a small bridge onto Swan Lane. The car park is directly on your left.
Park here and walk through the front or rear entrance to the hotel.
