If checking in during our bars opening hours please head in and a member of the team will assist you in checking in.

Should you be checking in out of hours please check your emails or texts for instructions on how to obtain your key. This will be sent via a third party called KeyCafe.

If you have trouble viewing this, please contact us directly via the out of hours number at the bottom of the page. The key box is located at the rear entrance to the hotel which is open 24/7 via Swan Lane Car Park.

APPROACHING FROM CAMBRIDGE (A1307)

At the roundabout take the first exit, you will come to a second round about, take the first exit. Pass Sainsbury's on your right and go straight over the mini round about.

At the next round about take the 3rd exit onto Wethersfield road and continue straight through the traffic lights. At the mini roundabout take the first exit and immediately move into the right hand lane. Take the 3rd exit at the next round about and pass Tesco on your left. Take the second exit at the Tesco roundabout and then take your first right over a small bridge onto Swan Lane.

The public car park nearest our hotel is now directly on to your left. You can park here and either come through the front or rear entrance to the hotel.

APPROACHING FROM BURY ST EDMUNDS (A143)

Take the second exit at the first roundabout (new builds on your left) and then the first exit at the second roundabout (new builds on your right). Continue straight down the hill on Wratting Road until you come to a mini roundabout, take the first exit and pass Tesco on your left.

Take the second exit at the Tesco roundabout and then take your first right over a small bridge onto Swan Lane. The public car park nearest our hotel is now directly on to your left. You can park here and either come through the front or rear entrance to the hotel.
